Issues With Template For Missing ESET Endpoint Antivirus

Recommended Posts

I'm attempting to create a template in order to automate antivirus deployments to non-server based OS's that are missing ESET Endpoint Antivirus. The Dynamic group tied to the template reports machines properly on that part of the query, but I still see machines listed within the dynamic group tied to this template that have ESET Endpoint Antivirus. I've tried multiple different queries with no luck, to include using a query for contain "Endpoint", "ESET", "Antivirus", etc. No dice. Anyone have a template that works, all the guides I've googled for this task have failed me thus far.

Hi @tjgreen41

Can you give us some data please.

  • What version of ERA you are using?
  • All terminals you handle have (important) the Agent installed? if "yes", they report to ERA good?

I replicate your above rules in a Dynamic group, after some minutes a computer with agent, Windows 10 and no AV at all shows up. Your rules work. Perhaps the Agent is not installed or you have a communication issue...
More data will help.
