Does any of the following make a difference?

- temporarily disabling web access protection from gui
- temporarily disabling protocol filtering in the advanced setup

Please provide me with the output archive generated by ESET Log Collector by following the instructions linked in my signature.

Here's my log: (attached)

Thank you very much for your help, I'm trying to turn off some functions but I don't know what's right to do.

I think I would prefer to go back to the old version (9).

My computer freezes sometimes, especially during writing an Email on the gmail site.

- start logging with Wireshark
- launch a browser and reproduce the issue
- stop logging in Wireshark, save the log as a pcap file and compress it
- disable advanced logging in ESS
- collect logs with ELC as per the instructions linked in my signature

Install EIS 10.
Set up your network as a public network.
Then reboot the computer.

Don't do that. Your local LAN should be trusted. If you set is as public, communication between local computers and devices may be blocked.

Hello. Thank you for your reply. :)

If you have a lot of home network connections, the Internet will be slow.

(When connecting directly to an external network)

So I set the public network in the ESET settings and the internet speed is normal.

I do not know how the environment is different between Korea and foreign countries. South Korea suffered from this problem for a few days and solved it this time.

There were many cases similar to helpmyspeed in Korea.

The above does not mean the whole of Korea.
This happened because some of the home system environments were special.
So it took me a long time to find a solution.

It has not been completely resolved yet.
It's not my problem, so I need to look a little bit further.

Then have a good day.

Can I check someone who does not have a router at home?

Those who do not have a router will have normal speed as a public network as above.

But people will look at the program and use home network protection, and people without a router will slow down the Internet.

The bottom line is that if you do not have a router at home, you should be warned that it is better to have only the router user to protect your home network.

In Korea, many people use a router at home, but some people do not.

Thanks for reading. ;)
