Notwithstanding that Eset was lumped in with Windows Defender in the lowest certified category, there is a question about LiveGrid's effectiveness. Eset's scores for online and off-line detection were identical. This indicates to me that LiveGrid is either unnecessary and Eset's DNA signatures alone are adequate, or LiveGrid's reputation capability needs some fine tuning.

This is just a "synthetic test", in real life may be different......
