Connection problem with a 3G modem key

Hi everyone, I can not connect to the internet with a 3G modem key, under eset smart security 10, please tell how to configure

Does temporarily disabling the ESET firewall via gui make a difference? If not, what about disabling the firewall in the advanced setup and restarting the computer?
