ERA server did not use

HI all,

I had an issue : my ERA server has been terminated and my clients has been applied policy password protection agent + endpoint before.

So how can I remove agent + endpoint on clients ? The ERA server can not start.

If the ERA server is no longer available and Endpoint is password protected, perhaps the best course of action would be to reinstall ERA, re-deploy agent on clients and then push the desired policy.

If AGENT exists has been set password protection, can I install new ERA server and deploy new agent to replace old agent on these clients ?

Hi Marcos,

I tested install new ERA server and install new agent on client.Because old agent has password protection before, so I can re-install agent on this client to push the desired policy.

Have another solution ?
