Darius 0 Posted October 16, 2013 Posted October 16, 2013 Hello, I have two identical computers, with identical configuration. One computer did show up in the ERA, the other did not. I can telnet to my ERA server from this problematic computer... Gateway is also the same. What might be the problem? Thank you

There was used the same configuration file on both PC's.

Darius 0 Posted October 17, 2013 Author Posted October 17, 2013 Just found a reason... It is because I had the same computer name on the other computer. It is possible to change that computers has to be detected not by the computer name, but by for example MAC address.? Also, Found a workaround. Change computer name to "blablabla..", it appears on console, then rename client name on console, then change back computers name. Is it possible to make it work without this workaround?
karlisi 26 Posted October 18, 2013 Posted October 18, 2013 In ERAS Console open 'Server Options', go to 'Advanced', Click on 'Edit Advanced Settings', go to 'Advanced' and enable 'MAC address renaming (from unknown to valid)'.
