Administrators Marcos 4,704 Posted March 17, 2017 Administrators Share Posted March 17, 2017 162 MB is a standard amount of memory that ekrn.exe allocates. If if it was more than 250-300 MB and it wouldn't drop after a while, we could look into it in case it would also persist after installing the latest v10.0.390. By the way, upgrading to v10 should also lower ekrn memory consumption a bit compared to older versions, including v9.
aviben 0
Okay but I have not received the product update can you give me a link? I belong to India, so is it a reason for the delay in receiving product update.BTW as for memory usage I remember older versions of eset taking just around 80-100Mb so felt this was high
