ESET Shared Local Cache version 1.2.5 has been released and is available to install.

  • Added: New Hyper-V native appliance
  • Added: Admins can access logs on appliance via SFTP
  • Added: Console now shows ERA Agent version and connection status
  • Added: VMware tools v10.0.9 are now pre-installed on VMware appliance
  • Added: New versioning of appliance that can be found in title of console
  • Changed: ESET Remote Administrator agent included in ESET Shared Local Cache appliance changed to version 6.4 (6.4.293.0)
  • Changed: Operating System updates now provides all CentOS repository packages
  • Improved: Compatibility with SELinux

  • Improved: Appliance is now reachable via hostname
  • Removed: Application updates are no longer automatically done. For updates, re-deploy appliance or update .bin package
  • Fixed: glibc vulnerability CVE-2015-7547 by updating to glibc-2.12-1.166.el6_7.7
  • Fixed: "Product is installed but it is not running" error in ESET Remote Administrator appears after ERA Agent component upgrade task
  • Fixed: Console goes blank after 10 minutes of inactivity in special cases
  • Fixed: "Unit file changed on disk, 'systemctl daemon-reload' recommended." appears after performing an upgrade
  • Fixed: Installer fails on requiring mount.cifs dependency
  • Fixed: Console shows random strings in console
  • Fixed: Minor bug fixes
