Anti-theft did not work properly in windows 10

I have not had any problems with anti-theft function in windows 7. A few days ago, after I upgraded my OS to windows 10, I could not use the anti-theft function. 

Particularly, When I logged in into anti-theft account and pressed "optimization" to create a phantom account. The website said this step was done, but on my computer, no any phantom account was created. Additionally, when I try to "run a test" on the website, instead of taking pictures from webcam and desktop and delivering a notice, no actions was done and a spinning icon was showed next to the blurred button "run a test again".

I tried different solutions, such as: reinstalling ESET smart security or removing the laptop account on the website before adding it again, but nothing was changed. 

Could anyone help me to solve this issue?
