Jessraea 0 Posted March 1, 2017 Posted March 1, 2017 (edited) We are testing our new ESET 6 policy for our remote devices. We use SSL VPN through CheckPoint we have no issues at this juncture with getting through the VPN. Once we RDP to our local machines on site, RDP hangs within <3 minutes of working on the session. Any ideas on what within the policy is causing this? If i remove it - and roll back to ESET 5, I have no issues to speak of. I have at least one other testing laptop unable to work normally as well with this policy in place. Edited March 1, 2017 by Jessraea
Administrators Marcos 5,453 Posted March 1, 2017 Administrators Posted March 1, 2017 I'd suggest switching the firewall to learning mode for a while so that the necessary rule is created automatically.
