Eset smart security can not update

Hi all,

 

I have installed the latest version of Eset Smart Security on my windows 10 based computer. My problem is that i can not update the virus definitions database. The program says that i have the latest version which was released on the 11th of february. When i try to update the program does not give me any error codes. I have already reinstalled the program several times, cleared the update chache and disabled the proxy server update. None of these have helped so far. What should i do?

In the advanced setup -> Tools -> Diagnostics enable advanced update engine diagnostic logging and run manual update. Then send me a pm with the generated updater*.etl file from the C:\ProgramData\ESET\ESET Smart Security\Diagnostics folder attached.
