No Responce from whitelisting request or false detection report

I have sent in two whitelist requests and two false detection reports into the proper email address and have received no response. Can anyone help me ?

It's not a false positive but WebBar potentially unwanted application. This forum is not meant for disputing PUA detections. We can only recommend to contact ESET as per the instructions at http://support.eset.com/kb141.

Having said that, we'll draw this topic to a close.
