How to disable this kind of notification?

I think there is another notification that I accidentally turned on, but still don't want to turn off the default notification(s).

I think I have turned on another additional notification added to the default notifications.

I think I have turned an option that has a word "Logs" in it, is that it?

You've enabled the option "Notify when changes occur in startup spplications" in the advanced HIPS setup.
