Error: CRepositoryModule / LicenseModule

HI

I have been running ERA 6.4 for a few months but all of the sudden i noticed that new computers in our network where not listed any more in the web console. I started to check the logs and there where full of connection errors. 

After i restarted the Era server services the errors from the agent computers are gone but now i have this error in the server log instead. I have not changed anything in my firewall or on the server. The only thing i did was to restarted the ERA server services.

Seems ERA is not able to resolve DNS name of ESET servers. Could you try to ping repository.eset.com (or nslookup repository.eset.com) from this machine? Reason for this may be inaccessible DNS server or wrong network/firewall configuration blocking access to it. Maybe whole connection to internet is blocked?

I don't know what was wrong with the server but after a reboot that error stopped.

But now the server logs are full of errors and i can't se any newer client computers.

Everything worked fine with the first 8 clients . But after i started to deployed Agent+Antivirus to more computers the problems started. First the " Error: CRepositoryModule [Thread 550]: GetFile: Host 'repository.eset.com' not found " error and now the above ...

I have not changed anything on the SQL server or the server running the ERA services ..

Expected different kind of errors, but from this it seems that your ERA database is not working properly. Maybe it is not running, or something went wrong with its configuration.

Yes , so instead of trying to fix it i just reinstalled ERA server and created a new database on the SQL server. 

So far everything seems to be working...
