nod32 web and email protocol is non functional error

Hi, I bought the nod32 antivirus security in 20/10/2016, and since then i have problem with it that it says in red:"Web and Email protocol filtering is non-functional".
im using windows 10 basic edition(legit), and nod32 version 10.0.369.0 (the error happend also in version 9).
since the day i bought nod32 i tried to fix this problen and only today for some reason i saw that there is a forum.

Please provide me with eav_logs.zip that you've scanned according to the screen shot above. The link pointed to actual malware detected by ESET.
