Failed to create rule

Firewall in learning mode present the following error "Failed to create rule"

Are there any rules applied from ESET Remote Administrator?
If there are any rules applied, learning mode won´t work, as the "rules" are only "read-only". We are planning to adjust the behavior for the next Major release scheduled in Q4 (unfortunately we did not make this change to the 6.5 that is going to be released soon).

yes rules applied from console is the problem.
