No browser plugins, windows 7 services or installed programs seem to have this virus.

It just redirects to an ad service which subsequently serves ads some of which are legit and some are scam. It will be blocked momentarily.

But it is opening web page evey 5 mins and it is very annoying.

How is it possible to clean pc from this virus?

To stop the redirect temporarily, access the Eset GUI and do the following:

Setup -> Internet Protection -> Web Access Protection -> URL Address Management -> Address List - Click on Edit -> Click on List of Blocked Address - then Click on Edit.

Verify that List Enabled is check marked.

Click on the Add button. Then click on the wording "Enter multiple values."

Enter the following URLs one at a time. After the first URL is entered, press the keyboard Enter key and add the second URL.

Press OK for that that screen and all remaining screens to save your changes.

Note: The above does not remove the adware present. It most likely was installed as part of some other application software you recently installed.

The website is already on ESET's blacklist so there's no need to add it again manually. Check the Filtered websites log for information about the application that attempted to access blocked websites.
