No sync to Domain cntrl & no DB update

hi,

i am totally screwed up, the eset server was down, i try to restart the services no use,even i tried eset admin server no success.

so i reinstall the eset admin server.now it not showing the domain users who already has agent and antivirus. All users failed to update the database through the server, seems like eset not synch with domain users computer.

any help would be appreciated

Do you use ERA v6? If so, it's likely that you'll need to create a new Live agent installer with current certificates and deploy it on clients. Should the problem persist, check status.html on troublesome clients for possible connection errors.
