No, I think it say that the softwares in that list can cause compatibility problems used alongside/together with ESET on XP.

 

FYI I use ESET alone on XP SP3 and I have never had compatibility problems.

Not, the mentioned programs use improperly written drivers causing issues in conjunction with ESET's drivers on Windows XP.

Issue may be related to running multiple security programs on the computer at the same time, which be the cause of problems under any version of Windows.  Please continue troubleshooting the issue in the thread in which you reported the issue, below.

I still am on XP and do NOT have any problems.  The new V7 installed smoothly OVER the beta and all is working and I thank ESET for their work.  Great product.  I have been secure with ESET for years, even before Smart Security.  KOR-
