Device Locked - No response from ESET

Can anybody help please?

My device is locked (my password is not recognized). I tried all possible options (hxxp://support.eset.com/kb3068/ ). Even though I am notified that an email has been send, no mails are being received. I also tried to contact support via https://messenger.providesupport.com/messenger/esetsa.html but for almost an hour I see the message 'There are no operators available at the moment'. My hands are tied.
