Administrators Marcos 5,281 Posted January 14, 2017 Administrators Share Posted January 14, 2017 Does the problem persist after a computer restart? If so, drop me a pm with logs from ELC attached (see my signature for a link to instructions).
Hansip 0
The problem persists even after reboot. Check your PM for my logs. Thanks.
Hansip 0
Hi Marcos, i received your PM. When i run Sysinspector manualy it says unable to load "ESET Sysinspector's module". But i think i found the problem. The EEA+AGENT was installed from an administrator level account which have its profile folder encrypted (EFS). I reinstall EEA+AGENT from another account that has unencrypted profile folder. Now the blank window is gone and Sysinspector works too. I'm writing it in here so others may benefit from it, although i dont think many users, even in corporate environment, use EFS Thanks for your help. Administrators Marcos 5,281 Posted January 18, 2017 Administrators Share Posted January 18, 2017 Couldn't it be that you changed the modules folder to a folder in the encrypted profile folder during installation? With default folder pointing to the ESET install folder/modules in "Program Files" no issues should occur.
