ESET Remote Administrator Virtual Appliance

Installed the ESET Remote Administrator Server Appliance 

Server Version 6.4.304.0

Configured, migrated end points over and everything worked until the following day I get the following when trying to log in:

Login failed: Connection has failed with state 'Not connected'

 

Has anyone experienced this issue?  ESET worked on it remotely yesterday and could not figure it out.  I ended up blowing away the VM, reinstalling and moving certs over and the next morning same issue.  The system is running on my VMWare infrastructure, version 6.
