Restart the era server can fix the problem. But it is not good option. Use ERA 6.1 here agent trace.log other question, how to upgrade era 6.1 to latest era with minimal problem. thank you. You can check the instructions here: http://help.eset.com/era_install/64/en-US/index.html?components_upgrade.htm I would recommend, that you first upgrade the ERA server (target the task towards the machine where ERA server is installed), and then start to roll out sequentially to your other groups. Concerning the issue with the failed replication, I would recommend to first upgrade, as the issues might be resolved in the new version. Then I would recommend to do a support ticket, with your local ESET representative. Also, you have not shared on what platform, and which database you are running your ERA.
