ESET Moderators Peter Randziak 948 Posted January 5, 2017 ESET Moderators Share Posted January 5, 2017 Hello, do you have the latest version of ESET File Security installed? Please send the memory dump (complete or at least kernel) from the crash so we can analyze the cause of it. Regards, P.R.

ESET Moderators Peter Randziak 948 Posted January 12, 2017 ESET Moderators Share Posted January 12, 2017 Hello Hungtt, I checked the first of the client dump (Mini Kernel Dump File only :-( ), but there are not ESET drivers in the stack so it does not seem as ESET would be the culprit. Can you please provide us with a complete crash memory dump to check? The size of the dump should be close to the amount of physical RAM on that particular system. Regards, P.R.
