felix 0
Is it possible to enable real-time protection from Remote Administrator? I'm not so sure why the client Windows 7 got a security alert that the file system protection is disabled. When I logged on the the client regular user can't open the the endpoint but somehow the client protection was disable. If there's a way to enable from the Remote Administrator, please share your knowledge with me. I'm new to the software and as much as information would be great appreciate. ESET Staff MichalJ 434 Posted January 2, 2017 ESET Staff Share Posted January 2, 2017 Only thing possible is to set a setting "start real time protection automatically" via policy, to "apply" and then initiate a computer restart using ERA. That will enable the protection after restart. However, after the version 6.5 is out, it will be possible to enable / disable it, on Endpoint by running a specific command task. No version 6.7 has ever been released nor compiled. The latest version of ERA and Endpoint is 6.4 and v6.5 is going to be released soon.
