Quarantined files

 Does NOD32 get rid of quarantined files after a certain amount of time, or do you have to do it yourself? Is it safe to delete them?

As far as I know the files will sit in Quarantine until you do something with them (either restore or delete them). So yes delete them if you do not want/need them. http://support.eset.com/kb3235/
