Cannot activate ERA 5 with new license

I recently renewed my Eset endpoint protection standard , i received an email with one attachment  EAV-xxxxxx.lic file , a license key wich i got from the convert site, a public ID, user and password.

My structure have an Eset Remote Administrator ver 5 and several endpoints. Currently my ERA ver5 server have a expired license and when trying to add the new EAV-xxx.lic file i get a error code 20086 expired key.

The license is new and isnt used. How can i activate the ERA ver5 server.

Have you tried removing the already expired key to rule out that a wrong one was automatically selected by ERA?
