Administrators Marcos 5,742 Posted December 25, 2016 Administrators Posted December 25, 2016 Couldn't it be that you installed ESET Smart Security Premium but your license was issues for ESET Smart Security? ESS Premium with Data encryption, Password manager and Anti-Theft is available as an upgrade for a small fee to existing ESS users. If you purchased a license for ESET Smart Security and you don't need any of the new features included in ESS Premium, uninstall ESS Premium and download / install ESET Internet Security which has replaced ESET Smart Security as of v10.
