empty window

Hi,

Configuration:

a few PC with Windows 7 Enterprise x32 up to date  + NOD32 vers 9.0.408.1

Some times I found on the desktop a "empty window (see attached)  AND the nod32 ico on taskbar blink

If I right click on the nod32 ico and I select "close the window" , the "empty windows" it closed

Some suggestions ?

Does uninstalling v9 and installing v10 make a difference?
