unable to clean

hello every body i have problem! my anti viruse  after scan, show this massege: Operating memory » C:\Users\laptop\AppData\Local\Temp\cdo3684665296.dll - a variant of Win32/Bundpil.CS worm - unable to clean , unfortunately it can't clean this viruse < what should i do? :'(
