Partner Zone Problem

Hi,

Since I searched, and cant find Partner Zone in this forum, I thought I would post in the general section...

I have a client whos Eset Antivirus expires tomorrow.

This client is not on my account in the partner zone. I sent an email asking for them to be added. But in South Africa its a public holiday today, so this will not happen until they return to office on Monday.

That is a pity since the clients licence expires tomorrow!!

So is there any one else who can add this clients licence to my account in the partner zone?? Or is this only possible for the local support in South Africa?

There should be a short grace period during which ESET will continue to update. In the event of update problems, the user could activate a trial version for the next few days.
