Shaival 0
Hello, Need information to create a template for notify every time the Dynamic Group content changes. Because just check the Notify every time the dynamic group content changes not working for me. Wants to information in detail of the Dynamic Group members notified when members of a Dynamic Group are added, removed or changed. (Information in details Like: Computer Name, Computer IP etc.) If there is a some easy way to receive this kind of notifications please let us know. Instead of this when we select Dynamic Group Size Changed According to Compared Group I received mail notification only like this: "The difference of observed and compared group ('Windows computers' minus 'All') has become lower than 4 clients Removed Client" Is there any special parameters for receiving information in details please guide us. ESET Staff MichalJ 430 Posted December 14, 2016 ESET Staff Share Posted December 14, 2016 We are working on changing the notifications engine for either 6.5, or next release (it is still in the works, and not confirmed for 6.6). This feature will be then included, but is not available as of now.
Shaival 0
I hope it will be included in 6.5 because these kind of notification we are able to received in earlier version (ERA 5.3). Basically in newer version we are receive newly added features and else are the same as in older version. We need this feature to manage proper clients status. ESET Staff MichalJ 430 Posted December 16, 2016 ESET Staff Share Posted December 16, 2016 (edited) As a workaround, you can theoretically not do a notification, but instead create a report, showing clients in the dynamic group of your choice (Windows Computers, for example). So create a report template, showing a computers in a dynamic group (first). Then "schedule" a generate report task (in server tasks) triggered by "dynamic group content change", so you will receive the report, in the format of your choice, every time clients are changed. This should be used as a workaround. Edited December 16, 2016 by MichalJ
