Unable to send or receive email from MS outlook

Hello Eset Team.

 

Unable to send or receive emails after installing ESET Smart Security V 9.0.408.0
 
Application : Microsoft outlook exchange Client with 443 port.
 
Hosting Server : US
 
OS Type Windows 7 above.
 
observation steps : Disable the personal firewall, email client protection and anti spam 
 
protection but problem not resolved.
 
After uninstall ESET product mail send & received successfully .
 
Customer using Eset smart security in his network V 9.0.408.0  around 20 users.

Internet protection module 1289 should be available on pre-release update servers soon (probably within this week) which will have a workaround for situations when the server sends incorrect content-length information. Please switch to pre-release updates in the advanced update setup and let us know if the new module helps once it's available. If it helps, it would still be better to fix the problem on server's side and applying workarounds on clients.

Internet protection module 1289 is now available on pre-release update servers. Does switching update server type to pre-relase updates in the advanced update setup and running a manual update make a difference?
