zulhilmi 0
hi, our client Processes I/O Read bytes is showing high Ekrn process running and effect the client pc peformance. our client using eset endpoint security Version 5.0.2265. Is this a normal processes?
Administrators Marcos 5,273 Posted November 23, 2016 Administrators Share Posted November 23, 2016 The number of I/O Read bytes should not tell much about performance impact. My Firefox is showing 438 billion I/O read bytes and didn't notice any unusual performance impact because of this. Why do you think that ekrn is affecting performance? Does actually disabling any of the protection module or temporarily uninstalling ESET make a difference?
zulhilmi 0
when we turn off or disable eset protection, the pc performance turn to normal. but after we turn it on, all client pc peformance affected.
