techange 1 Posted September 20, 2013 Posted September 20, 2013 Hi, I recently completed an install of Endpoint Security (v5.0.x) for a client and have an issue with a couple users whose email signature has Twitter and Facebook icon hyperlinks that no longer appear. I poked around the settings but couldn't find the solution. Do I need to add those addresses to "URL address management" or something? Can anyone help me out with this? Thanks in advance!
Administrators Marcos 5,462 Posted September 21, 2013 Administrators Posted September 21, 2013 Couldn't it be that your Endpoint was configured to append a tag to all scanned email? By default, this feature is enabled only for infected email but it's possible to enable it for all email which, however, may sometimes cause issues with improperly formatted html email.
Solution techange 1 Posted September 21, 2013 Author Solution Posted September 21, 2013 Turns out this had nothing to do with ESET at all. Images in question were actually linked to their website and the directory was moved. Fixed that and all is well.
