pcpcpcpc 0 Posted November 17, 2016 Share Posted November 17, 2016 I have recently installed ESET Smart Security v9.0.318.0 and upgraded it to v9.0.408.0, but every time I restart or shutdown my computer and open it, I am getting a message that the antivirus protection is non-fnctional (see the photo attached). I have searched for solutions online but the process there doesn't work for me. I also reinstalled it but, it still came after a shutdown. However, it would be beneficial also for other users to determine the cause than doing a simple reinstall. Therefore, please use ESET Log Collector to collect logs as per the instructions at hxxp://support.eset.com/kb3466/ and supply me with the generated zip file.
