because ekrn.exe is located C:\Program Files\ESET\ESET Smart Security\x86\

 

is it normal ?

 

i installaed smart security 6 64bit under w7 sp1 64bit

Yes, that's normal. The necessary modules are 64-bit, however.

It doesn't matter if ekrn is 32 or 64-bit, you wouldn't notice any difference at all if it was 64-bit.
