Need Help Installation lost file - ei_A721.msi - Besoin d'aide

When I try to download and install ESET Antivirus, a message appears saying that the file is not found ei_A721.msi.

 

 

Quand j'essaie d'installer Eset Antivirus, un message apparait en me disant que le fichier ei_A721 est introuvable.

This happens when you attempt to upgrade ESET but the original install file cannot be found in c:\windows\installer. Please remove ESET using the ESET Uninstall tool in safe mode. A clean install should work fine then.
