Hello- I would like to print out coupons from my computer, but eset has blocked the couponprinter.exe file from downloading.

 

I realize that there is a security issue, but can someone just let me know in layman's terms how to configure my PC so that I can get around this issue?

 

I run Windows 7 and have Smart Security 9.

To download: is ESET blocking the website, or blocking the file download as a threat or potential PUA? If you know it to be 100% safe, you can disable temporarily to download.

 

Once downloaded, you may need to use the firewall wizard to allow it: hxxp://support.eset.com/kb2899/#wizard

I don't get a pop up from eset when I try to download the couponprinter.exe

 

It just says the download was denied, like it's a windows message, not an eset pop up.
