Webconsole error 404

Etat HTTP 404 - /era/webconsole/

type Rapport d''état

message /era/webconsole/

description La ressource demandée n''est pas disponible.

Unknown

 

This is the message i have when i want to connect to my server era 6.x.  Tomcat is started, the clients are uptodate normally.

 

I don't understand why.

Have you been doing manual update or running component upgrade task recently? Could you try to restart tomcat? Also make sure that it is actually tomcat listening on port 443 and not some other service with conflicting port configuration.

Yes i used an upgrade task, i try to restart the server and the tomcat service. 

 

How i can see if tomcat listen on a 443 ?

 

I do this but i don't know if tomcat listen on 443

You can use netstat -nab to list also process names.

 

In case you used components upgrade task, most probably something went wrong during Webconsole upgrade. I recommend to perform manual upgrade/installation as described in documentation. Technically you have to place download era.war file in tomcat's webapps directory.
