ESET Staff MartinK 376 Posted November 7, 2016 ESET Staff Share Posted November 7, 2016 Have you been doing manual update or running component upgrade task recently? Could you try to restart tomcat? Also make sure that it is actually tomcat listening on port 443 and not some other service with conflicting port configuration.

ESET Staff MartinK 376 Posted November 8, 2016 ESET Staff Share Posted November 8, 2016 You can use netstat -nab to list also process names. In case you used components upgrade task, most probably something went wrong during Webconsole upgrade. I recommend to perform manual upgrade/installation as described in documentation. Technically you have to place download era.war file in tomcat's webapps directory.
