    Hello guys, We've a customer with ECA and some computers can't connect to console. The customer tried to create a new all in one but the issue persist even installing latest versions of agents and EES. In agent agent you can read this: ERROR: InitializeConnection: Initiating replication connection to 'host: "XXXXXX.a.ecaserver.eset.com" port: 443' failed with: Response for request of type DeviceSessionTokenRequest (request id: 169) was not received in time. What does this mean?

    Hello guys, Another customer want to build a new template based on some hardware parameters they need. The problem is similar to the reported in this thread: They want to combine: computer name, serial number, processor, RAM, OS and HDD in the same report however if you create a new template it's not possible to add those combinations as some limit the others. Thank you.

    After trying to update ESET Mail Security for Microsoft Exchange Server to the latest 7.1.10009.0 (en_US), ECA still says it is version 7.1.10008.0. Everything works normally when updating and when the update is complete(as the task manager says), the server displays a critical message as usual about the successful installation but must restart to take effect. Then when the server has communicated with ECA and shows normal operation again (green check mark) after reboot it stills says version 7.1.10008.0. Unfortunately I don't have direct access to the server so I can't see what's going on, but this is the first time this has happened in ECA so I don't think it's a problem with our server. I also noticed that there are no changelog to view in the repository as usual? Our server run Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard 64-bit and has OS version 6.3.9600.

    Hi. We are going to make the migration from eset remote administrator to eset cloud administrator. I have some doubts. 1. Can an all-in-one installer be generated from eca but be offline? that is, do not make an Internet request during the process? since there are 240 teams and they are going to consume a lot of bandwidth 2. Can I install 2 http proxies in 2 different branches for downloading updates? I appreciate your help
