Not very user friendly for those of us who depend on you. If I wanted to do the work myself why should I pay? I have no idea what pcu means I just want a set it and forget it product with helpful help.

When I check for updates it says I have the latest version but it is 9.0.318.0

After more than an hour with Microsoft poking around I can send mail with Outlook. Not sure what happened, haven't got that pop up about the protocol filtering again.

yes sorry, I can receive mail but not send it with Windows mail or with Live Mail or Outlook

I get this too on Win 10. Would it be the reason I cannot send email with smpt? I can receive it.
