  1. Hello to all the forum community.

I'm looking for help to solve the following problem.

I installed the latest version of ACDSee image viewer, 64 bit version.

The program start fine but it quickly become very slow or unresponsive.

I found that by pausing the NOD32 protection, ACDSee run fast, without problem. After enabling again the protection, I get an almost immediate ACDSee slowdown.

I tried to add the ACDSee install folder ("C:\Program Files\ACD Systems\*.*") to the exclusion list (Paths to be excluded from scanning) but this does not prevent the slowdown when the NOD32 protection is active.

Since I'm also using HitmanPro.Alert (latest version), I tried to unistall it to see if it was the culprit, but no change.

I'm looking for help about how to solve this issue.

My system setup is the following:

OS: Win 10 64bit installed from scratch (no update from W7), fully updated.

NOD32 version: 9.0.318.0 with default settings.

    HitmanPro.Alert 3.1.0 b340

Hardware: Asus Maximum VIII Gene + Core i7-6700K, 32GB Ram, M.2 SSD 480GB, nVidia GTX970. All drivers updated.

Thanking in advance for any advice.
