I am also my company facing big problem due to shared sites hacked using ASP-Shell that we can remove using Avast or any other antivirus engines ,
i send mail through the server asking for support while no reply till now .
RE: [CASE:33909] [sR] The server was totally hacked using ASP-Shell file "support@esetme.com; djenane@esetme.com" replied that as below since 24/11 and till now no info received
"are still working on the case, we shall update you by tomorrow"
I recommended ESET to be our security product while i regret on the recommendation specially after trying to get any feedback from the late support.
