  1. I tried to get my ESET Smart Security Anti Theft to recognize a new device (I bought a new ESET contract using an existing ESET account). I have followed the online instructions re: how to add a new device. It isn't working. I've worked on this for the past 2 days. All I get is the page telling me to create a new account - which it then won't let me do because my email address is already associated with an existing account. But the existing account fails to add the new device when I try. Quick help would be much appreciated.
  2. I have the same issue as the person notes above. I have an existing account. I logged in. I enabled anti theft. but it will not let me add my device (for which I just bought a new license. my ESET tells me to finish setting up anti theft - but I can't. the only option given on the my.ESET website is to open a new account - but it recognizes my email address and won't let me use it to do so. i'm stuck and frustrated. help!
