Having the same issue.  Right-clicking the eset icon in the system tray does nothing.  Opening from the start menu doesn't work either (although an icon appears in the task bar.)  Seems random in that it works on one computer, but not on another that is 'identical' with a user with the same permissions/group membership etc.

    I'm opening a ticket. I'm a domain admin so I know it's not a user rights issue.

  2. Recently installed Endpoint Antivirus 6.2.2033.0 on a Windows 8.1 64 bit machine. It installs fine and appears to work as normal. However, when double clicking the E icon in the taskbar nothing happens. I've uninstalled and re-installed and the issue stills occurs. It seems to work fine on our Windows 7 64 bit machines. Is there a work around for this? Thanks.
