  1. I'm opening a ticket. I'm a domain admin so I know it's not a user rights issue.
  2. If I try to launch it via the start menu, it looks like it's going to open since it shows up in the toolbar but I still can't get the window to popup.
  3. Recently installed Endpoint Antivirus 6.2.2033.0 on a Windows 8.1 64 bit machine. It installs fine and appears to work as normal. However, when double clicking the E icon in the taskbar nothing happens. I've uninstalled and re-installed and the issue stills occurs. It seems to work fine on our Windows 7 64 bit machines. Is there a work around for this? Thanks.
