I updated to Sequoia 15.0, not knowing my ESET would become obsolete. I followed some instructions I received from ESET chat help. I uninstalled the previous version. I then went to the link provided here and downloaded version 7. It goes well until the last moment when it says FAILED and found something the files didn't like. So whats next?
