Desperate after several attempts i tried the last option, meaning installation of ESS v9 along v8 and it appeared to be successful. V8 is now upgraded to 9, no actvation is required and everything works fine so far.

I've noticed that Windows resets the counter to "1" by itself.

didn't work, reset the value to 1? btw, the key works for ESS v8

Error code ECP.4099 on Windows 10 Pro

I bought the licensed version(duch) online on Okt. 16, but can not activate. Anyone who recognizes the same?
