I'm pretty sure that is my brother's email address, I'll have to ask him. It should, however, be under my email address as I'm the "admin". I log into the ESET website with my email address and this license does show up, but it doesn't let me validate with my email.

Is there a way I can change that from the management screen? Or will I need to get on a call with my brother to see if he can forward me that email?
